& Positive Alternatives for Trauma and Healing (PATH) Program
Communities That Care (CTC) is based on the national Communities That Care Model. It is an evidence-based prevention initiative that builds community capacity to implement programs, policies and practices. CTC operates through a collective impact approach, engaging with community stakeholders to work towards preventing harmful behaviors and promoting positive youth development.
Positive Alternatives for Trauma and Healing (PATH) program targets youth ages 14-24 and their families living in the Strawberry Mansion and Kensington communities who are at risk for experiencing trauma related to violence. Our program is dedicated to assisting all individuals, regardless of race, age, color, national origin, disability, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity/expression.
