Central Division Victim Services is a community based comprehensive victim services organization. We serve all types of crime victims, co-victims and witnesses in the 9th and 22nd Police Districts in Lower North and Center City Philadelphia.

Victims Compensation
Assistance Program (VCAP)
The Victims Compensation Assistance Program helps victims and their families through the emotional and physical aftermath of a crime by easing the financial impact placed upon them by the crime.
Women on the
Rise Program
The Women on the Rise Program strives to serve as well as empower women and femme folx in our community. It is a way to build community. The program focuses on sharing resources and hosting events on various topics.
