Don't Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

Counseling Services

Neighborhood crime hurts all of us. Victims of crime often feel discouraged, fearful, and isolated. Reassuring support often helps people to recover more quickly from the trauma of a robbery, assault, burglary, or other crime.

Counseling services are provided to victims of violent crimes. Counseling offers ways to process such traumatic events. Individual counseling is available as well as group counseling services.  All counseling services are FREE to victims and their families. If you have been a victim of a violent crime, CDVS can refer you to one of our partnering agencies.
